Story My partner and I are current tenants in a unit on the same property as the house in the airbnb listing. We rent from Espi Bagwell, whose son Justin is listed as the host on airbnb. The property manager is Amanda Arroyo, and we know they own several properties. The former tenants of the house moved out in October 2020, after which the landlord converted it into an airbnb and never mentioned it to us. We don’t feel safe in our own home anymore with strangers constantly in and out, several instances of shouting and loud arguments, and virtually no masking whatsoever. We are currently in the process of moving because we are so upset by this situation, and we’re fairly certain they want us to leave so they can convert this house into an airbnb as well.
